Before I forget, I want to make note of some funny recent kidisms.
Ava called me “mama” tonight. She’s been very lovey lately. When she wakes up, brother is usually with me and as she lays on her changing table to be changed, she holds her hand out to him for him to hold. She is giving more and more kisses and patting you on the face.
Nathaniel is hilarious when he says “delicious” and his great grandma was perplexed by his version of “bridge.” It resembles another not so nice word.
They are just so funny . . .

As I sit at the ENT, I thought I would try to joy down a few things ….
1. Kids. I should never have said Thanny was potty trained. He has regressed over the last month, but we are really trying again and he is going more in the potty than not. Last week, we spent two nights in Lane and two days in Durant playing with the cousins. It was a lot of fun, but not at all restful. We spend a lot of time outside. Ava will go to the back door and cry to go out. They love to swing and slide, but at home we play a lot with sand. After being without our car DVD player for the last several weeks, we finally have it back as of Tuesday. Thanny loves Wall-E right now (anything robot). But he’s still into Thomas, Cars, and Wubbzy. We disconnected cable so we’ve had to get creative with shows.
Me: had strep throat on Easter. Still have a raspy voice but much better.
Work: had to say no to my broker for the first time yesterday. Had a closing the last of March and the 5th of April. Have a contract on SIL’s house and negotiating both sides on two short sales. My “new” two story listing had a lot of activity at first but buyers are really put off by all the beds being upstairs and the paint. Owners beat it up and the paint is wild and poorly done. Have a broker’s open house there next Tuesday. Need to do some staging there before then. Had the first floor staged at my expense, but could not afford to stage the whole thing. Had to mow the yard last week. Lots of fun. Trying to get a listing in Norman but had issues with the report and am afraid sellers aren’t going to like my suggested price. Turned in my two draft NR nominations on March 31st. Still no word and no pay. Lost a day of photographs in Norman because of disk error with my borrowed camera. That inspired me to buy a new slr that arrived today. Hoping to finish that up tomorrow and really work hard to get the property forms done by the end of April so I get paid. Planning a trip to Ponca City next weekend to photograph their downtown district. Going to Durant next Thursday for catering. Gonna be a busy week.
